St Patrick's Eve Dinner & Dance at Val Pariaso Restaurant

A dinner and dance is planned for Friday 16th March to celebrate the eve of St Patrick's Day at 8.00 for 8.30pm.

• On arrival - canapés with Irish Guinness and open bar.

• 1^st Course - Thick Irish Vegetable Soup

•             or - Irish Mousse with Prawns & Vegetable

•             or - St Patrick's Stuffed Pepper

•             or - Fois Gras Pate with Irish Compote

• Chef's Sorbet followed by:-

• 2nd Course - Poached Irish Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce
•              or - Irish Stew (just like Mama made)
•              or - Beef in Guinness Sauce
•              or - Roast Lamb - Irish Style

• Sweets        - Tirimasu
•               or - Pancake with Grand Marnier
•               or - Trio of Ice Cream

• Coffee & Liqueurs

• All wines and soft drinks with the meal

• All inclusive menu 36€ per person
